11 weeks…. the 78th day and still no trace of Joanne. Yesterday a police helicopter flew over Aalten again hoping to find a lead. Maybe in the course of next week we will hear the results. Further on we were assured that the complete investigation team is still ever so busy checking tips and talking to Joanne’s friends and family to get a picture of her plans and activities before and on 11th and 12th December. It appears that many readers of this site are able to read between the lines. Indeed, last week we had a really “bad” week, we had a hard time believing  the best possible ending to this nightmare. The hopes, doubts, worries have lasted  for so long now that we sometimes think we will never see Joanne alive again. But thanks to your encouraging messages on this site we picked ourselves up again. Thank you all for your support.  Thomas and Tanja, Arent and Helma
